We have eaten at Oceanaire a couple times and really enjoyed it both times. They're both great restaurants IMO. If you like seafood I think Oceanaire is probably a bit better but I had lobster tail with a steak at Island Prime and it was fantastic. I love the location of Island Prime, the views are spectacular.

Then again, the view from our room wasn't bad either.
