The joy of a rolex on my arm.

There are few things that give real satisfaction in life. The love of a child, the love of a wife and family, and the satisfaction of a life well lived.

There are also very few things however that give a much needed pick me up on those small moments of the day when things are hectic and i am moving from patient to patient. And one of those things is when i wash my hands between patients and look down at my stainless hulk with all of the nicks and scratches that come with daily wear. I feel as if it tells a story and has become a part of "me'.

For a long time i have had more than a few Rolexes come and go, Daytonas, Gold subs, GMT's etc. This is the first stainless modern sub sports watch i have ever had.

After nearly a year of every day wear, I love it more and more each day.
Cheers!!!!

That's definitely a great feeling that I can agree with. Nothing better than looking down and seeing something you really love on your wrist.

Nice watch, but Doc (?), what are you doing to your patients that is resulting in nicks and scratches on your watch?

God Bless your new watch and wear in good health. A Rolex is a achievement and can be a heirloom to pass down. Great Choice... I am actually wearing my 16610LV today which I have not worn in years.

For material items, Rolex and cars do it for me.

Dig the LV! Keep enjoying it.

It's a beautiful thing to be able to appreciate the Sub in that way. A wonderful luxury item and ultimate form of jewellery. And it often does help one to get through a stressful day.

First I want to thank you for writing this. This is exactly how I feel! I've had all the ss subs/2 tone subs, gmt's, sea dwellers etc... and none of them gave me the feeling my hulk gives me. It's truly a special watch and I'm so happy I made the right choice.
