Great watch. Why edit out the text under the moon phase? Doesn't it just say "tourbillon", or does it have more personal info there in this case?

Patek also prints the movement number under Tourbillon (although it's not shown in the stock image).

Traditionally most of these triple complications were cased in a platinum case. It is interesting that Patek is producing these in other metals now, some WG and some RG.

The MR often sounds different depending on the case material, so it would be interesting compare the G to the P.

As someone posted, the 3 Salons typically attract the big collectors who would be interested in a watch like this. However some non-Salon ADs have big clients and these watches can be ordered. Obviously Patek knows these clients as they typically have a long history of purchasing Patek watches form ADs/Salons and many of them application pieces.

Highly recommend this Revolution interview with TS in which he talks a lot about how the case metal affects the repeater sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVGxqxaivo8

You have this and a 6301P coming
Congrats, wear them in good health
Out of curiosity, how is the salon Experiance in terms of purchasing grand-complication pieces. Do you get collector discount? VAT back?
For the engraving, can you request it afterwords?

Sadly, me knowing the price of this watch is as useful as me having Liz Hurleys phone number. Both way outa my league!

Lmao. Same with me. I got an offer and knew this wasn’t in my league. But checking out of curiosity I found that the greys/sellers actually had no clue either as to what the list was.

Salon experience is very nice…. Everyone knows you and your collection.. no special discount, but Less VAT is nice…

I prefer Salon than my local AD…. Just a personal preference

I can imagine the salon experience too be as amazing as you described.

If the AD is welling to provide me some collector discount then i would be grateful.....after all what i will save in the purchase will most probably go back on a new purchase with no other than PP
