Just looks like careless copy & pasting and shoddy proofreading.

I'm more interested in the significance of winding in the morning as a preference?

You can make a huge fortune later on if you decide to sell it hahahaha.
Double line text.... like a Double Red SeaDweller

Joking aside, its definitely a QC issue. It's a 5270 though so its forgiven

Pure speculation, but could be to ensure you are winding when the PR is lower. e.g. you wind for 20 turns everyday at 9am ensures the watch is always wound to the same point and unwound to the same point.

That is a rare "double winding instructions" PCC. It's worth about 25% more in the secondary market. If the manual is sprinkled with mold, then it's the even rarer tropical instructions specimen, thus shooting the value up another 25%.

We recommend that you wind your watch at about the same time every day, prefably in the morning.
