Thanks! I use a toothpick.... I like the cork idea. I wish Rolex would make a solid end link with recess against engravings that would work with the.old bracelets. That would be the one new bit I'd change on all my vintage. But Rolex is Rolex.

I just can't stand the rattle and when the end links make contact with engravings. I've seen how people manipulate and bend. I've never been successful...

Thanks all for the very kind words. Nice to have something so complete. I had my watchmaker replace the back gasket and the crown gasket. Despite being rolex service parts. .. they were 48 years old. I did get a good picture of the case back internals while the watch was apart.
