I think its splitting hairs. I find the Sub and GMT wear nearly the same when switching back and forth. The shorter GMT clasp might be a touch more comfortable but the Sub with Glidelock gets the fit dialed in perfect. My Sub is the 40mm although I wore a friends Sub41 for the day and he wore my Sub40 and after 20 minutes it felt the same.

I find them quite similar. My YM is notiably more comfortable.
