Sorry, forgot to add the reason AP House should know.

I was told it’s going to be a joint venture and not a franchise because it’s going to be an AP House, not a shop or concession

Region wise, Asia and Europe are probably bigger, but per county - USA is number one.
That's also obvious with the number of boutiques / houses, there are zero boutiques in Canada and South America.
Yes, we were comparing different things.

By country USA will be their biggest one, but as market regions will be Asia, then Europe, then America.

It can sound like it's the same, but it's not.

Thanks for the sources, I had watched one of the videos but not the other one yet.

Interesting article. Puzzled by this: "Until now, now [sic] authorised dealer has been permitted to open an AP House, but that is about to change with The Watches of Switzerland Group announcing today that it has signed a letter of intent with Audemars Piguet confirming its intention to open an AP House... ".

I thought the NYC AP house is a JV with Material Good?

That’s why it’s so busy everywhere!! Walked past they IFC one the other day and they were packed. Busy busy busy. Saw lots of codes and some divers on the tables in front of clients.

Well let’s be honest, HK market probably IS 4x bigger than Canadian market for watches. Plus these days Kowloon feels like a different country than HK/Central side. Lol. I do remember an exec saying during Art Basel they decided to prioritize opening Aspen store and putting Canada on pause.
