I can get on board with that but really never got the DSSD. I mean it an be attached to the outside of a sub for a show, but the sub goes about as man can possibly dive without being in a submarine. I always saw the DSSD as more of an expression of Rolex’s ingenuity rather than a real tool that would be used day to day. It’s size, thickness, and bulk make it prone to flipping around on my wrist. One can throw a football, play volleyball, mountain bike, or dive 1000ft and never really feel it on the wrist.
