Hard to imagine how thrilled you must be! Is this a popular reference with your fellow pilot friends?
To my knowledge, I only know two people who are Rolex owners...my best friend (Submariner two tone) and a friend from church who’s a pilot. (GMT) Looks fantastic! Great job waiting it out! Congratulations! Michael

Gorgeous watch, congratulations! You'll love it, I'm sure. It has become indispensable to me when I travel on business -- and it looks like you travel a LOT more than I do! Enjoy.

Still in awe. Not that “vip” customer we’ve heard of that AD’s require for these. All I’ve purchased from my AD is a 116710LN, and an IWC 3777 Le Petit on bracelet. Nothing crazy. So it’s a surprise. I just have always kept a good relationship with the guys and girls at my AD. For me absolutely. It fits the bill. UTC at quick glance to reference local time is a huge plus when dealing with delays and holding and such. Plus, the quick time zone/date change is awesome on the fly. Nice how long on did you have to log on the 190? Is the 321 vs 320 vastly different from your perspective via pre flight training?

Congrats - well deserved. Maybe someone else might have commented, but if you want a brushed Oyster bracelet, just buy a SubC bracelet with Glidelock. Thank me later

Umm I’ve been on it for almost 4 years, but that’s more on my end then other things. At my airline the 190 has always been the “junior” airplane which yielded a better quality of life. Better schedules and such. But, it’s time for a new toy. Flying wise jets are jets. They’re mostly all the same. The Airbus philosophically is different as it’s a “side stick” joystick rather than the conventional “yoke” flight control wheel. So it’ll be new for sure, but Airbus products have a small and short learning curve so it’ll be natural in no time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Airline Pilots should go directly to head of the line for the Pepsi. Navy (all countries with subs) Submariners (officer and enlisted) should do the same for any Submariner they choose. While we’re at it, anyone attempting to summit Everest should go tops for an Explorer. Actually, that might end tragically, so we’ll hold off on that last one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
