So that Journe Elegante at 80.000 was no typo

Collecting since more than 25 years
But this is something I’ve never seen before

So some buy only the looks?
Finishing and complications are totally irrelevant today

100.000 euro for a 5711
And over 60.000 euro for a quartz Journe.
I know, not an ordinary quartz but still ????

Somebody will be in for a rude awakening in a not so distant future. If you pay these prices you should scan for brain tumours.

Give me a break.

The demand isn't there for this.

Just greys throwing up Hail Mary's considering crypto's bubble madness.

I remember wondering a few years ago who would pay $9k from an AD for a new one of those but, then again, I was also the same guy who wondered who would pay $12k from an AD for an ugly watch like the 5711 in the middle aughts.

Next time you find yourself having those thoughts, you know what to do... buy!
