I’d agree but then I will be reminded that I bought a women’s watch.

It’s like going to Victoria secret... buying a pair of panties that fit... u could do it but probably shouldn’t.

Lol
You could wear one and if you ever got self conscious you could hide it in your man purse.

I kid. I’m a kidder. I genuinely believe the smaller pilot size is a potential hit with men if they’d stop calling it a ladies watch.

Bro it looks great on you. From another 6.5, this pic convinces me to buy the 7234.

I also wear the Datejust 36, so this one at 37.5 with those lugs is perfectly fine.

Will probably rotate between my wife and me.

In the big picture you have it right. I’m thinking about getting that one too, no stamp just a working mans edition. I’ve been waiting for a couple other things that are taking a longer time that I hoped. I think they’re willing to throw the 5711 at me as a way to keep me patient

Great shot! I've been mindful of your intent to keep all incomings low profile, hence anything that remotely smells like incoming will end up with my congratulations.

Lol. Nothing left on the patek side for me this year... at least nothing I’ve asked for... sometimes they just call. Lol

I have 3 incomings left

1) tudor p-01
2) AP 26480ti
3) RM 67-02

My wife on the hand asked for a few things. So she might get something with a blue dial. We’ll see

I’ve asked for 2 patek’s

That Tudor is a unicorn

I was told the singapore editions could take up to 1-2 years to arrive, but it's ok we wait.

I'm also waiting for that certain blue dial.

On the side, I have gone to the AP boutique for the very first time asking for the AP ROC 38mm (white dial with blue subdials). Was told it is fully allocated for 2019 and they may call me next year when the order book is once again open. I'm not too optimistic about this one because I have no history with them.

That's about all. Unless the pull of the blue 5327 becomes so overbearing that I need to add it.

Wow, your number 2. Bunch of threads got me very interested in this but it has to be HUGE for a 6.5 even if they made it slightly slimmer. My guy sechgang showed his 7 with it and it still seemed large. I’m very interested in how that goes for you. I may even meet you at HY to try it. Along with those noodles you guys talk / post about.

1 -2 years not bad bro. That’s like most hot new Basel pieces anyways. Almost as long as the p—01 lol. J/k

I think that ROC is cool. I really wanted a white dial AP as well the summer edition but I don’t have a relationship and I missed out since it was limited...

I assume u talking about the AP? Here’s some pics... it fit fine but I liked the thinner profile.. they let me try on the first one they got... the store only gets 3 this year so they allocated me 1

It looks bulkier in the pics. In real life it’s not as big
Also I took bad pics but it was really nice

Not convinced AP fits well. The caseback just touches the wrist with huge gaps either side where strap and lugs are.....its personal choice but based on size and how it sits...PP gets my vote

Ouch...

I do like the RM more

I think that gap is just me in an awkward wrist position. The watch looks better in real life...

I think all watches look bigger when photo’s from the top than they do in real life. I think you should get it

PS the 5524 looks better
