I know there is some rare hand craft series that is out of the catalogue . Is there anyone here that know how can we become capable in getting one from AD ? and if so, can we choose which one we want ?

You either have to be very famous or have a very high spend history with a Patek AD
With Patek just having the money to buy it doesn't mean you can buy it.....

You could go to JLC and get anything you wanted enamel painted on a reverso, don't even need to be a celebrity

or go to Vacheron les cabinotiers and spend a million on a piece unique usually has enamel and some other high end comps
