On the two tone Tudors is the gold solid or plated stainless?

Keep in mind it helps to keep the cost down. This is a TT piece for $5,500. Not everyone can afford 15 grand for a TT watch

Tudor needs to put a magnifier over the date window.

Solid gold bezel, solid gold crown, first 2 links of bracelet are solid gold, remainder of links gold capped (not plated).

Nope. Was hoping to as I’ve been waiting on a CHNR. But, sadly, no.

Massive fan of the colours but I just can't get past the thick, diamond shaped hands and bracelet just looks a bit unrefined to me. Other than that, its a great watch!

I like it. Sort of wish I hadn’t just picked up the SS version. Price is right too!

I like it on the leather strap. Now, seeing as I have the BBGMT, I don't know if one will ever end up in the collection.

But, you never know...

I'll probably pick one up when one walks thru the door of our store. It's how I got my last Tudor Pepsi. I like it, but want to put it on a brown leather strap. I think its a great middle ground model and an affordable option to introduce the brand to new up and comings.

It's virtue is to demonstrate how perfect the rosegold combination is on the current Rolex Rootbeer. The Tudor color combo, by contrast, looks pretty bad.

I know it says Tudor but looks like a fake Rolex you would get in Mexico. Complete miss.

The new Rootbeer & Pro are both worthy additions to the Tudor GMT lineup.

I really like what Tudor did here. What I don't like are those snowflake hands, case thickness and the links not being full gold. Just can't spend that kind of money on gold plating - n matter how thick or 'capped' they want to call it. The gold links won't last more than 2 polishes.

Like the entire Tudor sport lineup, I prefer them on straps. I just do not think the Tudor bracelets are nice at all. I also have a smaller wrist, so the wider clasp really bothers me.

The "Root Beer" in question is undoubtedly a very cool watch, and they are doing a fantastic job with their recent releases. The BB GMT Pro is also something amazing.

Beautiful watch.

Look at that crown digging in to your arm, though...what if there was a GMT with the crown on the other side so that wouldn't happen?

If the Rolex GMT II rose gold TT didn't exist, I'd want this one. As it is, I'm holding out for my AD to get the Rolex for me. I did put my name down for the BB Pro this afternoon, though.

Love the new Tudor Rootbeer. Got my wife a TT CHNR, but I’m eyeing the Tudor version a leather. Looks great.

That’s a great image

Really love the gold print Tudor use on this dial it’s so much easier on the eye, not as harsh as the stark white print on some other models - GMT springs to mind - it reminds me of my Harrods BB

If only they would use this gold font on the GMT it would look amazing imo
