Seiko tokyo lion interesting

Was invited to a private showing of the new watches with a coworker... the new grand seikos were kind of weak so i didnt post the pics...it didnt even have a movement , it had a pic of the movement... for a 50k platinum grand seiko. Very weak showing.


Anyhow the tokyo lion and the non chrono one was cool...

I really really like that one...the bottom right chrono hand has fallen off...ha!

I don’t care for the lion dial. That is embarrassing and just awful to have that broken watch as an example. Thanks for the pics though!

Had picture of the movement? lol. Well I guess because they are going onsale in July and they don't have any spares for roadshows. I think even at Basel they only had one complete watch and the rest are dummies.

As for the chrono, the case is interesting.

There was suppose to be a $50k platinum grand seiko... but instead they showed a mock up of it in SS and a cardboard movement....
