Great mindset. Change your entire routine, fill in the time she occupied with sport or gym of some sort. Sitting around reminiscing doesn’t work (I tried, I failed). The sooner you get a new routine going to fill in the vacuum, the quicker you’ll get over it. As I said, I found solace in the gym, going sometimes twice a day or, whenever I felt anxiety coming on. Endorphins are our natural remedy, they get released through various means, including physical activity. Take the high-road buddy, head-up, onwards and upwards

Sorry to hear about your sadness during an inevitably painful part of the life.
Relationships not unlike like that IPA your currently enjoying in the end there will be another, and that one no matter how good you thought it was at the time will be better then the last one! |

Heck, you have a good watch.
Therefore, you will still have a good time Keep those beers flowin and seconds sweepin. Soon enough you'll be drinking with the girl(s) of your dream. ( Don't drive and drive, though) Cheers |

Been there, done that. It was a long time ago and really, really far away. Broke my damn heart. Hitch up your knickers, shout FIDO (f---- it, drive on) and you'll come out the other end just fine. PS I don't know how many years I've spent staring at my watch, but it's a lot.

Good luck man , it happens it sucks, you'll get over it and come out stronger than ever. Sometimes a man just needs to be alone with their thoughts and perhaps a beer. The polar EXP II is a great companion to have in these situations.

Sorry to hear. Same happened to me almost 30 years ago. I was crushed. Couldn't imagine life w/o her. Then I met my the girl that would be my wife. I realize now that the pain I went through was so unnecessary. The girl I met turned out to be the best I could ever ask for and the breakup; the best thing that could've ever happened to me. I wish the same for you! Oh, and BTW - GREAT WATCH!

Let's see here: You're able to sit in a bar to enjoy some peace and quiet and reflect on an unpleasant, but by no means unique, situation not uncommon to every single person on earth. You own an expensive Rolex watch in which the majority of the population would give their eye teeth to be able to enjoy and cherish. Obviously, finances must be decent if you possess watches, cell phones, bar tabs and other 'niceties.' Perhaps the most significant - you're prolly in good health which overides almost everthing else.
Somehow, your current situation has a lot more going for it than a lot (most?) people. Give that some thought. Relationships, not that anyone is an authority on the subject, frequently have more ups and downs than a Yo-Yo. It's good to get it off your chest, talk it out and not let it consume your life, however, it's not worth obsessing about it. (not saying you are.) Give it time and turn the page. Move on and just put it behind you. Your situation is hardly unique. Hope you cheer up sooner than later. A shopping, or window shopping, trip might be the balm to sooth your pain. A donation to your favorite charity, some volunteer work or a similar act of kindness might take your mind off things and it benefits other less fortunate. Random acts of kindness always make me feel good. Don't overdo it or you'll end up a recipient! Lol. Best of luck, you'll get over it. Sent from my SM-A520W using Tapatalk |

Sad as it is, it may be for the best. My first marriage ended in 18 months and I was trekking through the jungle of my dreams for 12 of those months. Had a great 15 years of being single after that and when I made my next decision it was a much better one. Been married 37 years now to a wonderful woman. I wouldn't trade any of those experiences now, but definitely think the later fun and then marriage was the best way to go about it. There is nothing but good in front of you.

I'm sorry to hear. Unfortunately, it happens to the best of us! The hardest part is rewinding the tape so to speak, and redoing your routine.
Onwards and upwards as they say! No matter what happens, the sun will rise in the morning. |

Hey, thanks for reaching out to the people here.
We’ve all been there and know it sucks. For most of us, it got better. For many of us, it got way better. Hit the gym, meditate, take care of yourself. And as many have said, you still have the Rolex. |

“Either the well was very deep, or she fell very slowly, for she had plenty of time as she went down to look about her, and to wonder what was going to happen next. First, she tried to look down and make out what she was coming to, but it was too dark to see anything” - from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Sometimes the well can seem deep, the future unclear, but the fall can be the start of a great new adventure. Keep you head up and look for the best in others, I hope you find a great new path.

Dude! Can’t find a good woman!? I’m that “nice guy” that never finds the right one. Misery loves company; save me a seat, I’m on my way.

Whatever you do tonight don't and I repeat don't find solace in the arms of a women you meet in the bar your in who seems to be very friendly and would be willing to have a nightcap in your room tonight. You may wake up without the Polar...…

A common phrase i am hearing lately
'she was never yours, it was just your turn' Also 'they dont actually love you, they just love what you can get them' And when you realise this, the pain quickly subsides, as you were really only in love with an illusion. |
