GMT click spring
I have just received my GMT from RSC. They had fitted a new Pepsi insert for me. I had asked for a new click spring be fitted as I wasn’t happy with the bezel rotation it was occasionally going tight. The bezel is now silky smooth but there are no clicks, is this correct. I don’t want to remove the bezel as RSC fitted it.

Do you mean smooth that it easily rotates both ways?

Depends on the GMT.
If it is a sapphire crystal model, it should click in both directions. No click, no spring. If it is not, it is a friction-lock that you press down on to turn.
