I'm working on completing it....but 5711a, 5712a, 5740g, 3940p, and 5170p. A bit Nautilus heavy but after owning the 3940p I can't see myself wear another dress Patek that I love more.

I could be done with these 3

But then the 5212a was released! Never. Done.

On the current catalogue

5740G
5372P
5531R

Latter 2 are unobtainable. I am warming up to the 5520P as well, again it is unobtainable at the moment.

I put this together for a pal of mine a while back to introduce him to the Patek Sports models (he’s a Rolex man and had just got into AP, so it was time!) and to support the discussion I was having with him about which one I should go for!!

To be honest, in terms of my ideal, pick any 4 and add the 5740!!

If I was really pushed, it would be...in order...

5990
5740
5164R
5968
5524G

Great trio. Glad you kept the 5205, don't see them too often any more.

JM just knows what has been obvious for a long time. The 5164 has the most aesthetically pleasing symmetry of anything in the patek catalog this side of a 5740.
