The one I saw at the AD a few days back specifically mentioned Dark Rhodium on the tag and I doubt it was from the 'old' stock but yes the website mentions slate so this warrants some investigation...the slate/rhodium seems to have run away with it in the poll ;)

Poll : YachtMaster Blue or Rhodium? As advised in continuation of my earlier post...

Am in the market for a Yatch-Master ref# 126622. Blue or Dark Rhodium. Hit me up.

A while back the blue was the "it" YM to have, garnering a premium price vs the Rhodium. It seems the tides are turning a bit based on this thread.

If you don't already own a Rhodium dial I would go with the Rhodium. Its absolutely stunning in person.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but the Rhodium looks like it will stand the test of time better, and is perhaps more applicable across various age ranges, social settings, clothing choices etc. I love how the dial is congruous with the rest of the watch, and the only dash of colour is the beautiful blue that Rolex has used for the second hand, and one line of text.

The blue is still a lovely watch, and underrated when compared to more hyped SS watches, but the Rhodium just has a little extra class to it.

Just went into to see my AD for a watch for my wife. He said I was just about to call you, I have something you said you were interested in. He pulled out a coffin with a Rhodium in it. Took me about 10 seconds to say YES.
I was on the fence for the Blue or Rhodium and have always told my AD that I will never ask for a watch sight unseen. I have a 5 digit Bluesy, and a SubC and was looking for something to round out my collection. This is definitely it!
No wrist shots until Xmas morning because he is texting my wife to get it for me as a ‘surprise’. The wait is going to kill me and pretending to be surprised may be hard, but will be worth it.
I honestly thought I wouldn’t see anything new for a while, but this helped make a really crappy year just a little better!

I'm surprised rhodium is getting so much love what with the blue dial hype going on nowadays.

Let's not forget that either way you are getting a bit of blue

The poll shows that both options are more or less equally loved.

Ah thanks man - I forgot on that shot - oops. I can't edit the post now unfortunately. It is also on Instagram so perhaps I should pull the shot
