Read it a few days ago. Did you see the price? Seems steep to me.

Nice article. I love the "Fat Lady", especially the early ones with the no "Date" dial.

I did see the price and thought it was steep but that may be a sign that they are increasing in value ! I love mine !

All of the watches for sale there are high, IMO.

What I found odd was another Fat Lady sold by Hodinkee, sporting what seemed to be a weird Pepsi bezel. I'm under the impression that the 760 was only sold as a Coke.. it would definitely be a replacement bezel but there's no mention of that in their post..

Edit: they mention the black portion has turned into navy blue but it seems too blue to be true...

I agree about the bezel , it looks like it's way too blue to have faded from black to that shade yet still has a very distinct red section ! My 16760 has a nice fade on the red but the black is nearly unfaded at all ! I also own a fat font 16710 Pepsi bezel that I occasionally swap in on mine that the red is a very light pink and the blue is still very vibrant and nearly unfaded! Seems highly unlikely that it faded to what they have shown !
