NFL season starting
The Bills really eked one out against the WTFs today.
 My Buffalo Sabres and the local Baltimore Orioles have some serious competition for the title of “worst franchise in North American professional sports” with that chronic Washington mess. In fairness, they look like they’re getting better(ish). |

The NFL games this past weekend were incredible!
Among the highlights: an attempted record 68-yard field goal that fell short and was returned 109 yards to tie for the longest touchdown in NFL history; a successful 66-yard new NFL record field goal that doinked off of the crossbar and went in; and some dramatic, late game drives and lead changes. Great stuff!
