Tool watch owners ... When WON'T you wear your watch ?

So this question goes out to anyone who owns a Rolex they consider to be a tool watch.

If you have a SubC, Explorer, ExplorerII, DSSD etc. is there a situation when you would not be happy wearing your watch ?

Would you wear it to go climbing up a rock ? Snowboarding down the side of a big mountain ? White water Rafting ?

Basically I'm asking even if you own a watch that is considered extremely rugged, when do you draw the line and say "nope, not risking my Rolex on that".
