Beauty is only skin deep

Bob Ridley just sent me a couple of pix of the bracelet of my 1630. Seems OK until you look a bit deeper.

Fascinating! Makes a very good case for servicing!! I love it when my watch maker provides me with the replaced worn parts - makes me pay for the service with a happy heart

Really is a good idea to service your watch on a regular basis whether that be 5, 7, or 10 years.

Thanks for the pics Al

Wow, how long since the last service, and how much wrist time did it get during that time?

When you send your watch in, is I standard practice to replace all the pins in the bracelet if they are this worn?

Thanks for sharing this info.

BTW does Mr. Ridley give a 2-year warranty like the RSC? I'd really like to know.
