Exactly. Pic showed lots of boxes, including a service box, but NO paperwork.

My guess is, nobody bought it. If they did, they damn sure would have been in this thread posting about it.

If they did buy it and use a CC, good thing is, they can just dispute and get there money back.

Ya, that was kinda odd from the beginning. His s/n is a little weird too. Its about hondas and thats prolly his age, but I dont think somone with 12 rolexs talks about there honda civic? I mean, if they own one, they wouldnt be putting it in there s/n on a rolex forum. ALl of it just seems weird to me. He can kiss everyones

The lesson learned here is this: We as members need to stand up for the integrity of this forum, the integrity of the members who belong to this wonder forum, we need to be on the lookout for SCAMMERS who are amongst us, who hide in the weeds and pull our hard earned money away!! Look we need to stand up for this forum, we need to band together and stick up for each other!!! As much as i want to here the story from the newbie lying, I DONT!!! We dont need this here and i can count on both hands how many fakes have been on here this summer!!!

Please lets stop this.....it starts from the top. (Steve,JJ,Bo)

Yep. The only question is who's stealing? I started a thread a while ago and the same topic resurfaced a couple of days ago, in which it was agreed that TT Sub date wheels are off-white.

The date wheel on your TT Sub looks snow white to me.

I checked google on shawncivic21 and he may be prowling other sites. I just sent a PMed to a guy asking for ref to be careful.

http://forums.watchnet.com/index.php...642#msg_153215

Also further profile on ioffer shows he is looking for a partner to sell china made stuff...

Good eye, Daunwaun. I just woke up from putting my son to bed and next thing I saw was some poser selling a fake sub at TRF. That sucks.

He's gone....waved good bye. Could not produce affirmative evidence of having sent watch to RSC which would have benefited this forum. Failure to so do is more compelling than mere defensiveness which would be normal of anyone when cornered. That is merely procedural failure on his part to me, but more importantly is his substantive failure to produce the receipt and choose to flee. That, more than the photos, more than the story, more than his attitude...that is what convinces me that he is selling a fake.

Well the average 12 year old can spell "to waste". So you must be about 7 years old.

Looks bad for you honestly.

My question is, if the watch is that new, why was it sent in for service?

He initially did not say what serial letter series it was. When I asked him, he responded that he just forgot and that it was an "F" serial number.

If it was an F it would be due for service. The only thing "F" in that thing was "F" for Fake.

I watched the drama of this thread unfolding from the start, due to the pictures that were posted of the TT it was difficult to tell due to the shadowing from the sunlight.
Daunwaun called his bluff and asked for further pictures of the watch and papers but they did not appear.

Well spotted

The diameter of the bezel compared to the crystal does not seem to be proper. It appears that the bezel is a tad narrow, just enough for me to go, "Hrmph?"

Well the guy at watchnet who was asking for refs did not buy it from him, thank goodness. He sent me an email of thanks for the heads up.

Starting now.
I'm a college teacher and this is not the writing of a mature adult with 12 Rolex subs.

I'd give you an F.
