Agree the Chinese are vital to the current state of the market. Anyone who frequents high end boutiques in major cities knows this because half the staff are gorgeous Asian women lol

All greys suffering in Asia now due to no tourism or money flowing. (And yes it’s been 10-14 days since my previous comment). It’s worse now than when protests were going on

When shops say they’ve never sold so many watches they’re lying - they’ve never sold out of their stock, but their stock used to be a lot more.

Rolex needs to fix their strategy but they won’t, so I hope they’ll get their bums nipped on this

It's unknown whether demand will shrink enough to catch up to the supply levels and unknown whether supply can be shrank enough to keep things at the status quo.

Sellers will try to hold on for as long as they can before they feel forced to get rid of the high-demand pieces...but if they need $$$ they will unload.
