Omega SMP 2332.80 vs 2445.80

Hey All,
I’ve been looking to pick up an older Omega SMP and I’m interested in either the 2332.80 or the 2445.50 or 80. Im wondering what I should know about the differences in these two models other than the obvious hands/dial. Would love some advice if one model is better and/or more sought after? Anything else I should know? Both models seem to sell in the $2500-3000 range - Is that reasonable? To me (and this could be crazy), the 2332 seems to look dressier as well.

Here are pics of the two models. Thanks in advance!
