Anybody watching 16600 prices lately

Glad I got mine when I did. Prices seem to keep rising. Id like to find another with lug holes but it may have to wait awhile now.

It was never a rare watch per se, but you are right. 2 years ago, you could pick up a used one for a bit over $3,000. Now, you can't find them under $4,000 and "pro dealers" are starting to ask over $5,000 for minty ones.

I'm glad I have two! :-)

5 months ago my AD had a BNIB Z series and it was there forever. I offered $4700 but the lowest he would go was $5k. I should have bought it.

Tony is absolutely correct. I have been watching list prices almost daily over the past couple of months and recently noticed two of the larger sellers on eBay bumped pricing on pre-owned 16710's almost a grand in the last week. SD's are up almost the same amount in the past several months. Sub's and LV's are inching forward as well and there are considerably fewer LV's listed for sale lately with the ones actually selling commanding higher prices. This trend seems to be impacting all discontinued models.
