Icon5 Looking for info on GMT Master II 16713chser

Hi everyone.

I am new to the site. I have seen pictures on various web sites of a GMT Master II Model #15713 with subdescription of "chser". The subdescription refers to a champagne serti face. The watch has diamond and ruby markers (ruby markers at 6, 9 and 12).

I cannot determine if this is a authentic rolex GMT or aftermarket refinement.

If it is a real model, I am pretty sure it is not current as indicated by model number. I think the new model numbers start with 116, instead of 16.

Would anyone know anything about this model and where I could purchase one........with assurance of legitimacy?

Thank you all.
