I also had the opportunity to have a look at the following on my visits to 4 ADs ...

YMII TT ..very nice .Have to see it in the metal .Expensive though.
YM rg/steel chocolate dial ...very nice !

And then I saw the following two master pieces ...already sold.:

Platona with diamond dial ..if there is one and only one this is THE ONE !!
YG Daytona with green dial ..I have no words .You HAVE to see it .Stunning !!!

I visited four ADs .Same situation like all over the world ... rather empty stock levels and a desperation from the ADs side to get more to sell for the high demand.

All put in huge orders every month and then have to sit and wait to see what they are sent.
"80 on the list for Daytonas " and "4 years for a sub" the typical situation that we all find.

One dealer also does a package deal.Buy another Rolex and you increase your chances on a sports model. Not a ridiculous situation of only super expensive models that has to be bought for the privilege.Although I don't like this practice,it is perhaps fair in the current high demand situation.

I got the Expl II as a stranger walk in client.I guess I can count myself as being very lucky again.
