The clue is right in front of me! Puzzles and watches on a plane.

We were on a Delta flight last week and I was doing the in flight magazine crossword puzzle to pass the time. 27 across was an easy one! P.S. So so sorry but I absolutely can't make the picture upload the right direction. |

Funny.. never thought of that but the "down" answer was right.

"Pricey wristwatch" Interesting choice for the clue versus something like "quality timepiece". Maybe written by someone who hates, wont or cannot spend the dosh for a Rolex. OK, I'm overthinking it.
