Nope! Accidents are going to happen; I hit the root of a tree last year and fell into a lake! I’ve been riding for forty-five years and have crashed numerous times that would have killed any metal watch.

One of the bracelet pins had broken, the watch came off my wrist, and luckily it rolled alongside me for a bit so I saw it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed the watch falling off my wrist.

Be careful. Use Casio for riding.
Yup, a Casio g shock is the perfect bicycling watch, light, tough, precise & like a cockroach will live long!

I've done it with my Omega Planet Ocean and Rolex GMT, now sometimes with this:

But if your watch can survive a crash and burn is another story

I'm in California, Skypark is my spot. A lot of ladders, a lot of drops. I asked about skateparks because I took my dirt jumper to a couple of skateparks and I was afraid I was going to kill myself. Truth is, cross-country racing is more my thing.

I don't see why not Steve if you don't mind dealing with the consequences.

The Submariner quite likely protected your son from losing some skin.

Nice! That's a long long run. Nothing that long around here. Watching that was making me tired. You riding a 6" bike, or a downhill bike (aka motorcycle sans motor.)?
