Tudor Submariner with SWISS-T<25 dial... but why?
So I know its generally understood that Tudor Submariners with “SWISS-T<25“ marking under the 6 are redone or no longer original. That mark was only used on Rolex Submariners while original Tudors of the same time used “TSWISST”. But this seems to be such a common “tell” on older Tudors. And it seems like its usually the 60s Subs. So my question is why was this is agreed upon as a “feature” to add if youre redoing or faking a Tudor Submariner dial?
