A new member with a question...go figure
Hey Guys,
Glad to be making my first post on this awesome forum. I've learned a lot in the last couple of weeks I've been reading through the various threads, thanks to all of you! Question, If I buy a watch from a member on the forum, does the warranty transfer to me? Thanks! Regards, Bobby |

Welcome and the answer depends upon the Country of origin. Here is USA, if you buy something that was pre-owned and it had a manufacturers warranty, then the new owner can present it for service under the original warranty.
If that's what you mean by "transfer" - the answer is yes. As it applies to Rolex, two things to remember - the warranty card will still have the original owners name on it and if the card has a country code outside USA then some members have expressed trouble they had here since the warranty laws of the country of origin can apply.
