Which Day-Dates came with Leather bands?

I'm interested in a Day-Date with Leather band and 18K gold buckle?

But I'm not sure what references came in this configuration?

I browsed Rolex's website and after 12 pages of Day-Dates, I didn't see a single one....

Is there a list of references that came with Leather band/18K buckle?

I know I could purchase a Day-Date without a band, and find a nice leather band to put on it. But I really like the 18K Rolex buckles and it would be nice to have a full set w/ original Day-Date on leather/18k buckle....

I see that is a 36mm....

I definitely would want a 40mm....

So I guess Im looking for a 40mm in leather....
