There are some beautiful beards here. I am not able to grow one due to genetics, but I have given it a shot a few years ago.

I say nothing about her hair and nails decisions.
Are you inferring that guys who don’t like facial hair can’t make decisions for themselves, but rather, only do what their wives like them to do?

I suppose I’m lucky that way. I too prefer it. I am funny looking without.

But sadly I still can’t grow a full beard. My goat is coming in nicely tho. So I’ll not complain.
Let’s see the beard!!!
Mine is so itchy my wife forbids me to itch it. She says that’s “gross”...

I let it grow out until I can't stand how it feels anymore, then I shave.

Same here. It’s starting to itch. Now’s probably the worst time too. Trying not to touch your face is oddly hard enough but having sandpaper growing out of it only makes it worse. Im basically growing a germ catcher during a pandemic.

Here's an "Old Guy" Covid beard.

Its lasting slightly more than a week between shaves at the moment as I am finding that people are very protective of us 'old folks' (grey beard = old folks) and I get treated with more 'consideration' than I do without it.

I'm good for about 5 days, then the itch wins. Plus, it comes in all white. Off with it.

Certainly not all of course. But it sounds like a percentage of men are submissive "beta males" and will acquiesce to whatever their significant other says.

I enjoy shaving. Your beta male comment made me laugh, as I shave with a straight razor every morning, and have for years. Most "alpha males" quiver at the thought, as well they should.

Great looking beard man! If I could get mine to eventually look anything close to that I would keep it for the long haul.

I've tried more than once to grow a beard. I've come to accept I have more hair follicles on my ear lobe than my face. My dad can grow a pretty awesome beard in like 3 days. A beard for me is futile.

What part of SC are you in? I have a Mom in Horry county. Love the area and hope to retire there.

I’ve always wanted a beard. This is the best I’ve got. And this is after a recent trim.

Sorry for the serious face. I’m normally smiling. But hey, these are serious times.

With the Afro included. Amazing how much hair I hand on my head, but can’t grow a beard.

I envy all you handsome buggers.

I look idiotic with a beard. I'm at a phase where I have random grey patches, they make the dark hair patches into patterns which make me look like I'm perpetually drooling soup.

Yep, just use the clippers once a week. I let it go a bit longer in winter.

I've always pictured you as a blond haired blowing in the wind, Nordic god, Hawaiian surfer dude.
