Australia and New Zealand Supply

I'm going to be visiting Australia and NZ on vacation soon, any idea about the supply at those AD's? Possible to find any sought after SS models??

Nothing in Oz and I would expect the same situation in NZ.

Two words mate, good luck haha!

But honestly if you’re only in the market for SS, i wouldn’t even waste the time going into any of the ADs.

Buy any Rolex over here and pick up at airport on way out and you save 15%. However, no subs in stock at any AD. I had $1000 deposit at both and have been refunded as wait is about 12 months, so have purchased BNIB from a TS and will pick up from hotel in the States in five weeks. Just back from OZ (Gold Coast) and was informed wait time the same over there.

I feel sorry for you guys overseas. I saw a ton of SS Submariner, GMT and Seadweller models at various ADs this week (San Antonio and Honolulu), but they didn't have the Deep Sea, BLNR or LV.

A Ton of Sea-dwellers??
Wow, must be the only places in the world based on the feedback on this forum.

I was at Sydney airport yesterday and stopped by the Rolex store to ask what the price on a 114060 would be a day the sales guy said Rolex sent them an email saying they are discontinuating it and canceling back orders. Not sure I quite believe him but he certainly didn’t have any SS models on display.

Went to Crown Casino Rolex Boutique last week in Melbourne.

They said they didn't have any stainless steel sports models, not a one in stock.

It's that bad in Austrailia that, to any casual Rolex shopper, it would appear that Rolex have discontinued the entire Sports model range.

New watch store in the Strand Arcade, off Pitt and George Streets, Sydney, (I forget the name) had four LVc’s, 2 BLNR, SD43, amongst others, but very expensive. The LVc’s were at $17,250Aus ($13,300US). This was about a week ago.

I can assure that across Melbourne and Perth you are dreaming of seeing any Rolex sports. The odd precious metal piece.

But if you establish a relationship, apparently that does wonders. Like I’ll ever play those games with them and the service is even worse.

Omega on the other hand were quite helpful.

I want to get my hands on a DJ41 blue dial smooth bezel and oyster bracelet, how hard are these to get?
