What's your bed time?

Of late, at 2 for 6, and then again at 2 for 2. Rinse & Repeat except for weekends.

It has been a grind across 2 TZ’s.

23:30 ish for me, wake at 07:15 when my daughter wakes like clockwork. I find that if I go to sleep earlier, I wake up earlier.

The wife on the other hand is usually gone 20 mins after we start watching anything on TV together

During the week, usually in bed with lights off at 10:30PM. Later on weekends. Up at 6:30AM. Will sleep in until 8AM one day a weekend, usually Sundays.

With young kids it's often by 930ish in the evening then it's lights. I'm okay going to bed this early since I'm often up by 4ish the next morning to watch the Pre Market.

Usually between 23:30 - 00:30 and up 05:30-06:30. I’m completely unable to have a ‘lay in’ and just keep snoozing away.

I can be very productive early mornings and late at night on things and it’s often the only chance to get things done once our boy is asleep for a while.

If I get less than 4 hours any given night I will feel tired when I wake, so aim for 5-6 hours even though I often wake up earlier than needed. Very very rare my alarm actually wakes me up and not the other way round.

Bed around 1am, up by about 7 typically. Been doing this for a long time. I am trying to get to bed a bit earlier so i can squeeze a workout in earlier in the morning.

I was discussing this thread with a friend, he told me, "I like to be in bed by 9:30, as long as I can get home before 5am".

......Oh to be young again!

I try to be in bed around 9, then wake up at 2 am or so to get some work done until 4-5am, then a few more hours of rest after that then I start my day.

11pm - 7am works for me. I have enough time in the morning to read the news, workout and go to work without any kind of hurry and when I get home I still have plenty of time to enjoy.

10:30pm and wake up 06:30am. Varying a little bit during week-ends and holidays, still staying around that.

Used to be a night owl due to working all nighters to Europe. Not anymore. In bed by 9-930p, up by 5-530a. I love the smell of early morning and quiet, alone time.
