Which would you choose for me…

So there are 3 watches, all of which I’ve owned at one point in the past, that I’ve been wanting to add back to my collection. Yes, I know they are all COMPLETELY different styles to compare and none of these styles are “needs” of mine. Since I like all 3 about the same, none fill a need, and I really only want to add one at the moment, which would you choose and why?

Omega Aqua Terra 2503.33
Cartier Santos 100 (ADLC or PVD)
Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue

Honestly, neither. There‘s probably a reason you let them go and none of them is a blowaway watch. So I would try and discover something new instead

Oh I have. Owned and tried about 30 watches in the past 2 years - most of which $2-3x more than these, and these 3 are the only ones I regret letting go other than the keepers in my collection of 5.

I would opt for the Cartier but the 40mm in blue.

I'd pick the Tudor. I figure I'd probably wear it the most out of these choices.

Here I like Tudor > cartier >>> omega. If it were steel original Santos, that would get the win by a mile.

It's a more interesting discussion if we know what other watches you have on hand.

I'd go Tudor. I think the BB58 and the Omega SMP 300m are the 2 best watches under 5k currently available on the market.

I'm not a fan of square watches and have never liked the Cartier. Maybe I'm missing something with the brand but I don't see the appeal with this watch. It's ugly IMO.

The Aqua Terra is a great watch. I've owned one in the past and will be adding another one again in the future, probably the newer green dial. Not a fan of the model you posted. The white dial with blue indices just doesn't look right to my eye.

Get a blue vanguard strap for the Tudor and you’re set. I wear mine all the time on this rubber strap. Great fit and high quality product

I let an Aqua Terra go, bought one back just before the pandemic. Sporty but can be a dressy watch with a suit or sports jacket if anyone wears those anymore.

The Tudor. It is a great watch and works well on varying straps.

Omega gets my vote...I just can't warm up to the Cartier and I've never been a big fan of Tudor so it's an easy choice for me.

Cartier as odds are you have 'round cased' timepiece so this adds diversity.

Thx, always happy to help. After you're done with tanks and squares and.... then comes collecting different case materials. Ask me how I know... and consider this an early warning ;-)

Aaaaand now my utterly shameless plug... if your finances permit. This really is all they say it is... imho.

A strong vote for the Santos. The black dial, black fabric strap and DLC work really well together.

Though not my style, I'd go with the Santos. Not many other watches could fill its shoes in terms of aesthetics. The BB is nice, but there's a plethora of dive watches out there that could potentially scratch that itch. Same goes for the AT (my personal favorite of the bunch); it's an amazing watch but if you're missing that spice/variety from your current collection, the Santos offers the most varied flavor there (unless you already have diff iterations of the Santos).

Great point. Wonder what it'd look like in leather.

The Tudor for me too, but why on earth not try something different, rather than repeat the same mistake ?

Not mistakes but regrets for letting them go. I’ve purchased and worn about 30 different watches over the last 2 years and those 3 are still some of my favorites.

Difficult choice -- love them all. Without knowing your collection, I'd recommend the Cartier...seems a little bit more "special" than the others. Best wishes
