Question 1:
Is there a way to remove a stuck screw with almost no head left?

Question 2:
What should the bracelet and clasp measurements be for a midsize bracelet? Here's what I've got but I'm not sure if it's right. The marking on this clasp don't look like the ones on my 36mm DJ.

Question 3:
What bracelet would typically have come on a stainless 6824 with a smooth bezel (jubilee or oyster) and what is the reference number for it?

I can't make this one fit my tiny wrist without removing the link with the stuck screw and I'm not even sure what to look for with a replacement. I would really appreciate any help! :)

Try heating up the thread end of the screw with a hair dryer and make sure that you use the proper sized screwdriver.. You may need a watchmaker who should have a clamping tool that holds everything in place for stubborn screws..

I think that the mid-size bracelet and lug width is 18mm..

The 6824 may have had the oval link instead of the D link in your picture possible replacement band. Rik

Thanks so much for your input! I'll have to try the hairdryer on it. I've already tried soaking it in WD-40 and hot water but was still having a hard time because there's almost no groove left on the end. Hopefully heating it will help.
