It depends on if my wife wants to goto the TRF GTG. If she does, I probably will skip the DFW meet since she would get bored there. If she isn't, then I'll probably go in the morning.

Hi All - I did a dry run of our GTG stops today (restaurant, AD, dinner spot).
At 1:00 on a Saturday, the restaurant was not crowded - so we will OWN the place.
The AD is 8.3 miles from the restaurant (in Highland Park)- met with the owner - he has an awesome shop - they will have espressos, wine, sodas and a few surprises for us. I saw vintage Daytonas in their preowned case today
Dinner spot is one of my favorite Italian joints in Dallas - very reasonably priced, great atmosphere and only 1/2 mile from the AD.

2 Weeks to go!
Russ

It's not a bad drive at all - and since the gathering's in north Dallas you won't have to drive through downtown. Sure you can't make it on a Saturday?

Hey Russ looks your GTG is turning out wonderfully, Congrats. Any chance you would want to include the TRF Submariner drawing at your GTG? If Steve allows it you might want to consider it as it will add a nice touch. Cheers

Thanks much, Chip, but we found a room close to the lunch spot. Appreciate your offer!

You're not the only one who missed it. Then again, I don't frequent this site as often.
