Well, im no expert but you can try omega forum-a separate forum altogether from this one. Also, the web site speedmaster 101 has great info. I also the book "Moonwatch Only" is perhaps one of the best resources, but I hear it is pricey.

Definitely go to Omega Forum, great knowledge there. Also as mentioned speedmaster 101 site will give you information on serial number ranges, it will give you an idea on what year the 75you are considering was produced.
