Incoming: Seiko Arnie

Well, I am adding my first seiko to the collection since the 1980’s. The Seiko Arnie is set to be delivered today. It remember getting many watches as a kid, and had a Casio calculator, some digital watch that played music. However, I remember vividly watching commando, so many times my brother and I wore out the vhs tape. Arnie can be seen checking how watch a couple times that movie. It is really the watch that stayed my fascination with watches and especially functional pieces.

Also, it was worn by Roger Moore in a view to a kill as well. So that gives me two bond watches, my 16610 last worn by Timothy dalton and now this Seiko. Not sure if my 6.5 inch wrist can pull it off, but I am hoping I can!

Great watch. I own the Pepsi and the standard black model. I have seen a black out version and a gold version. Might get them all.

I like the Pepsi too. Wonder why is has the PADI designation on the Pepsi but not the black version.

I love when people share their stories regarding their reasoning behind buying a specific watch.

What happened to Sully?
I let him go.

Congrats!
