The Night Manager - anyone watching/watched it?
Just finished this 6 part British mini-series starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie. It was fantastic. Anyone else seen it?

Yes I liked Hugh, Olivia Coleman and Tom Hollander but cannot stand Hiddlestone.

I just find a lot of these series, box sets we call them, just slow. Not much happens and have to watch for hours.
I prefer films, much better production, better actors, and 2 hours you're done |

I much prefer these all-in-one min-series though to shows that go on for 4,5,6,7,8 seasons. I've just stopped watching loads of those after 3 or 4 seasons. Boring and way too long. Apart from Breaking Bad. |

Tom Hiddleston is just not believable as a hard man. he looks like a friendly garden gnome.

I thought it was excellent. Way above average.
