5212A Availibities!
Hey guys, anyone who has gotten an allocation for this piece, 5212A?
please let me know if it is not too rare and can be allocated for beginner PP customers. I had my 2 watches from grey. Thinking to start a relationship with a local AD. Thanks

I got mine in February as my second PP from my AD. Given my lowly status, I don't think it's that difficult to get. I requested it in October of last year and got it 4 months later for what it's worth.
BTW, I see that your in Newport Beach. I don't know which AD you are looking to start with, but the one in SCP won't even entertain selling you any PP unless you start with their other brands or pre-owned. Probably not worth wasting your time there.

It's a lovely piece. Very useful complication and very under the radar. I can wear it anywhere without having to worry about it. The best part is playing with different straps. It looks good with just about any strap combination.

I have a strap on order with PP, but it takes forever. Ordered it in Feb and was told not to expect it at least until July. If you order a strap from a reference that has the same sizes, it can be had quickly if it's in stock. If you order a strap from a reference that normally comes with a deployant clasp, you need to customer order it for the tang buckle. I've bought straps from Delugs and Liger in the meantime. Quick delivery times.

picked mine up for below retail as my AD said they "rarely see these come through"... whether true or not, it's a gorgeous watch and buying grey for <MSRP and having it now was worth it.
