Better say hi!

Hi all,

Thought I better say Hi, despite this not being my first post here.

I now own a 16203 1998 Oyster Perpetual Datejust which I have inherited from my late father. My sister has also inherited his other Rolex which I don't know the model number of just yet.

see thread here https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=604273

Never been into watches at all but since getting this I have worn it everyday! Dad wore it everyday as well.

Since signing up here I have put myself on the waiting list for a Tudor BB GMT but have realised its going to be late in the year by time that turns up so might pull the trigger on a Tudor Black Bay in the meantime as well so I can rotate watches.

I'm in the UK, Work for the railway, I own a 420ps Leon Cupra, 170ps MK2 Golf GTI (converted to TDI) and a Kawasaki ER6-N

and I support West Ham & S.S.Lazio.

Thanks all. Made my "first expensive" watch purchase today, An Omega Seamaster 300 in Blue, the classic James Bond watch.

I will one day get a Rolex Sea-dweller.
