This thread is not about me asking you whether I should buy something or not, ultimately, I will make my own decision.

I’m interested in the ownership experiences regarding both.

Thanks
I spent 2 years deciding between the sub, SD and DS.
The SD4K is very similar to the Sub

For my smallish 6.7" wrist I wanted a diving watch with presence. I just dont think diving watches look good small.

I eventually "ordered" the SD. It fits so well on my wrist, with a lug to lug of "only" 50.1 mm it sits stable on the wrist, not shank around all day like small watches do. I love the extra chunkiness, the helium release (very important for swimming at the sports club LOL), the bezel is stunning. The red line is super cool. It is surprisingly comfortable to wear, it around 181g (without diver extension) compared to say, 184g for the Omega 42mm 300m.

my 2 cents

I have both. They are both great, but I wear the SD a lot more. I love the thicker case, raised crystal, no cyclops and the matte dial is amazing. It’s Masters week though so I have to get the LV out.

I’m not surprised the SD4K is getting so much love vs the extremely popular Hulk. The SD4K is an amazing watch and only a 3 year run so it’s somewhat rare not…not these mass produced watches are actually rare.
