my panerai arrived too!(114)

i got it yesterday but my camera is still sulking and wont co-operate with my computer, i have my first strap on the way- thanks BruceS- and im already obsessed with all things panerai, just tried to order a couple of straps(my long time grail strap a honey ostrich one and a stingray one- after i swam with them in jan.)- i tried to get them from strapcode.com, but there was a security problem, has anyone here used them?

i can see myself getting seriously addicted- a different strap for every polo shirt i own(im not even kidding ), the thing that supprised me most was how easy it is to fall for such a simple watch- my first non-vintage manual wind(which i love- its like the watch needs me ) and it doesnt have a second hand or a date feature but that makes it some how more appealing- i am truly smitten and can see a black face coming soon- when i can sell the omega,

my wife loved it(i told her £1000 ) and i've booked up a long and romantic weekend in......FLORENCE! she hasnt sussed why

That number shows your watch is number 48 out of ONLY 700 Produced in 2005 ( H = the year , 2006 = I)
Congrats on the acquisition.
The stickers are in the mail.
They are static cling type, for the inside of glass.

Awesome Sammy - we got the passion on the same day! Fantastico! The white dial looks awesome on any strap, you will have a ball with it. Maybe one day I can add a white one too - shhhhh dont tell anyone that lives with me that tho ok? actually 2 black dials and I can pretend they are the same watch, nobody would know.

Hey I forgot to wind mine and it stopped.. what a numpty right?

I still havent been game to try changing the strap yet

my brown strap arrived today- bruceS you are a great guy!- i have had a day of black leather and one of black rubber(im talking about straps, ok!) so the weekend will be brown leather- its so easy to change straps but also easy to slip and scratch the lugs

i fully understand how they have such a cult following now- i love the omega, but new within seconds of trying the 114, i knew that the planet ocean was not going to get much wrist time
