Instead of "screws" in the lugs, there are "pins".
If you look at the bottom side of the watch, there is a "push/release" button.
When you push this in, it releases the catch that holds the pin in. Similar to those security devices on clothing, except not magnetized.
Once the button is pushed in, you slide the pin out.
To reinstall, slide the pin back in, then push the button to allow the pin to slide the last few MM's.
