I lasted a year before....

It's been a while
Having started to find and appreciate other brands I was officially rolex less for a year... So today I thought I would rectify that
Had the white milgauss before but there is just something about the GV that sings.
Had the DSSD out too but as much as I want to love it.. This one won!

Yeah in the strand, fredmans and sons. It's pre owned but in great nick. They didn't have much out but they had lots of rolex in the safe going out soon. So I just asked nicely and they were extremely obliging in letting me see a few and then pressure testing etc before I took it away
Prices are ok.. And I managed to get 6% off the price they were asking so nearly on par with online but less the risk

Thanks for the reply. Even though I'm in Sydney I'm not that familiar with the watch stores outside of the AD network. Next time I'm in the city I must go and have a look there.

Sounds like you had a good experience and got a pretty great deal.

congratz Christopher, oh and by the way, I too appreciate other brands...that isn't a crime and it doesn't mean you're not allowed on TRF (or is it?? )
