Period correct bracelet for 1969 Tudor 7021?
Hi all,
What is the period correct bracelet for a 1969 Tudor 7021? Would it be a 1968 Rolex 7206 Swiss version? That is what i am using for now. |

I think it should be a 7836 with 380 end links but i'm sure real experts will know!

I think it might have been a 9315/280

7836 or 9315. Be careful. I don't find these very solid. They can lean and wear the inner part of your lugs of you don't watch out. Get a proper 78360.

They only wear the inside of the lugs if the bracelet/end-links/spring-bars are either badly worn out, or worn too loose, which results in them being badly worn out. Nothing wrong with either a 9315 or 7836, if they are in good condition or restored, and worn correctly (not loose).

No documentation. Just my experience with these bands. I find the first tube link under the endlink to wear and crack more easily than the later bands

I'm just trying to understand if a 738XXX 7021/0 1968 Tudor would come with a Swiss 7206 bracelet if bought outside of the US or with the C&I rivet if bought within the US.

I would say that there's a reasonable chance that it might have had a Swiss-made 7206 bracelet. They were made until the early '70's as far as I know. I have a 7205 date stamped 1/71.
