1675, Opinions on condition and value

What do you think about this one guys and what value do you think it should command? No original papers by the way.

Supposed to be 1974, serial 419....
So my questions:
- What dial variation is this? Is it correct for time and era?
- Any assessments on condition?
- Also what value do these watches command (i mean one in this condition).

The dial appears to be a service dial and is not correct for 1974. The insert is neither correct nor original to the watch as well. Case appears to be in nice condition based on poor photos. Value is subjective.

The long-E looks pretty good; case looks like it was sympathetically refinished in it's recent history but still sharp/thick enough. The insert is later, but that isn't too-too much of an issue.

As always, it depends on the asking price.
